This spacious property is opposite some convenience stores in the heart of the popular Abington area, situated between the Wellingborough and Kettering roads with their banks, supermarkets and bars. In 2017 the mains circuit board was replaced with safety in mind. New french doors in to the garden and a more secure front door was installed in 2016. Major works in 2015 included a new boiler, replacing the bathroom with a new shower room and separate WC and new laminate flooring.The kitchen was replaced in 2011. Denmark Road is our closest house to Waterside and within walking distance of the town centre with all its amenities and bus station. Positioned over three floors and lit with additional emergency lighting this house has two separate shower rooms remodelled in 2022 along with a separate wc. in 2019 the paving was replaced to provide an improved courtyard area. In 2017 the mains circuit board was replaced with safety in mind. The boiler and new double glazing was replaced in 2011. A new kitchen and wooden flooring went in in 2013 and the cooker and hob were replaced in 2021. All rooms have digital aerials installed and internet access available on request.
