Victoria Road is one of our closest houses to Waterside and to the town centre with all its amenities and bus station. 2019 we replaced the sink units found in some of the bedrooms with nice modern ones. Major works to place in this property In 2017 a new bathroom was fitted and a new kitchen was installed. The house was re-decorated and new living room furniture and a staircase replaced. In 2016 new flooring was laid in the living room. The property has a separate bathroom and shower room refitted in 2016 and the lounge carpet was replaced in 2020. A new boiler was fitted in 2012. With safety in mind, in 2015, some of the windows were upgraded. Many of the rooms have a wash hand basin and the separate lounge dining area opens onto the back garden as does the utility area joining the kitchen.
